The Staff Selection Commission ( SSC) is set to conduct written examinations for various posts including CHSL, MTS, JE, and others in the coming days. The commission had earlier issued its annual exam calendar for 2025, specifying notification dates, registration timelines, and tentative schedules. However, due to administrative reasons, some exam dates have now been revised.

Revised SSC exam schedule 2025

According to the latest update, the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination will now take place in the fourth week of October 2025. The exam was earlier scheduled between September 8 and 18, 2025. The exact revised dates are expected to be announced soon.

Similarly, the SSC Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar examinations, initially scheduled from September 20 to October 24, 2025, will now be conducted in December 2025. The updated timetable will be published shortly on the official SSC website.

SSC MTS admit card 2025 release date

The commission will release the SSC MTS admit card 2025 on its official website two to three days before the examination. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards by logging in with their registration credentials on the official portal. The admit card will contain important details such as the exam date, time, venue, and candidate’s roll number.

The key exams include the Combined Graduate Level (CGL), Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL), Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Junior Engineer (JE), Stenographer, GD Constable, Selection Post, and Delhi Police Sub-Inspector in CAPF, among others.

Vacancies under SSC MTS exam 2025

The SSC MTS and Havaldar recruitment drive 2025 aims to fill a total of 8,021 Group C non-gazetted, non-ministerial vacancies. This includes 6,810 posts for MTS and 1,211 for Havaldar positions under CBIC and CBN departments. The computer-based test will be conducted nationwide.
